At Gallery we believe we are all creative, that it's an inherent part of being human. We care about creatives being more creative, freeing them up to do what they do best; and businesses engaging with creativity, whether it's using design effectively, developing creative thinking cultures or how to buy art.

 

We work with design and brand agencies, arts, and other creative organisations, SMEs, and international companies across all sectors. Clients include Arnolfini, Bristol City Council, Bristol International Airport, The Design Council, Mace International, Marigold Industrial and Spike Island, to name a few.

 

We are catalysts, we work creatively and we seek the truth, so our clients can move towards their potential in a supported and confident way. And we bring energy, rigour and integrity to this.

 

Because whatever we do has to bring creativity and business together.

Here's a bit about what we do :

 

Business consultancy – designing management structures, role refinement, leadership coaching, vision planning, team budding (yes, different from building!) and more

 

Facilitation – on vision and values, business planning, team building and branding workshops

 

Training – people management and leadership, coaching skills, client relationships, brand and marketing

 

Coaching – with business owners, managers, staff and all types of creatives

We do lots of other stuff too like mentoring, special events, reports and feasibility studies
